Elkhart, IN Introduces New Anti-Pet Law Without Public Comment

The Elkhart, Indiana City Council has drafted a new 37 page anti-pet animal control ordinance without public comment.

A hearing was held on Thursday, April 1st, 2010 and the public was not allowed to provide testimony. A full copy of the ordinance can be found at this link:

Mel The Rescued Rottweiler Accepted Into Search & Recovery Dog Training Program
