HRC adopts Rottie while owner deployed

The members of the HRC are happy to be providing a home for a Rottweiler in need while her owner is deployed.   The nine year old Rottweiler will become a part of the HRC family until her owner’s safe return.  Rottweilers are now banned from most military installations, causing their owners to relocate to off-base housing or give up their family member.
